The process involves impregnation of decorative paper with melamine resin. After the process of impregnation, resin is pressed over the board surfaces with the help of the press machines. This process is used to manufacture different types of particleboards in India. The process is used for manufacturing both (MDF) Medium Density Fibreboards and (HDF) High Density Fibreboards.
